The Tulich Family
Following successive achievements in New South Wales, The Tulich Family have a track record for developing wonderful retirement communities, with around 30 years experience in seniors living.
In fact Maurice Tulich, who was raised in the Prestons district, along with his wife Thea, brought to life his grandfather's dream of providing affordable accommodation with a peaceful, warm environment for older residents of the community.
Today, his daughter, Bianca and her partner Nick Carter are proudly fostering the family ethos by setting a new standard in seniors living in Dubbo.
They appreciate and understand that there’s so much to love about living in the Australian country. The peace, freedom, endless beauty of the landscapes, genuine friendliness and caring of the locals; these are just some of the reasons to love the country lifestyle.
They’ve taken these attributes and added closeness to a thriving rural community in Dubbo; together they’ve developed the ingredients for perfect country living - Kintyre Living, Country-Style.
Maurice and the Tulich Family name are synonymous with the development and operations of retirement communities and residential aged care developments in South Western Sydney and regional NSW. Maurice has been actively involved in aged care since 1995 and has served as a State and past National Director of the Retirement Villages Association.
Bianca has 20 years experience in a broad range of administration, financial and management roles and now specialises in the development, management, marketing and operations of retirement village, residential and community care initiatives. Bianca has been actively involved in not for profit organisations Casula Powerhouse Trust and The Odyssey House McGrath Foundation.
